Definitely interesting. I'm always thinking about this same thing. Strangely I only have like 5 albums on my iPhone - and listen to them pretty obsessively, then change them...
what are the five?
I feel a little embarrassed, but as a footnote I am very OCD, hence:
#1 the OMFGG soundtrack (which is part trash, part really fun)
#2 a healing sounds of nature album (rain and ocean sounds, for sleeping)
#3 Os Tincoas (this is an amazing Brazilian group Mike turned me on to. If you or Scott don't own this already, get it!)
#4 Vampire Weekend (love them)
#5 Vivaldi Opera Arias with my absolute favorite singer Emma Kirkby
So I'm a little bit of a flavor of the month, little bit of sleeping disorder, little bit in love with Emma Kirby.
I like your minimalism! (and that you have a nature soundtrack!)
that was actually me who said that, not scott. I was logged in as him...oops
